we had a 1 bedroom apartment with a balcony, and it was huge! very clean and comfortable. the staff in the dining area were friendly, and the fresh made-to-order eggs for breakfast were a lovely touch. the location is great, only a short walk to the hop-on, hop-off bus stop and shops. it really added to the vibrant downtown lifestyle experience.

i had a minor issue with the dining options being a bit limited.

The pool staff seemed indifferent and unhelpful, while room amenities could benefit from improvement, like better kitchen equipment!!! The shuttle service could also be more frequent for added convenience!!!

We had an amazing time exploring the Dubai Mall, just a short walk away. Our little one loved KidZania and the aquarium! The spacious room was perfect for our family, and the view of the Burj Khalifa from our balcony was stunning.

In my wife’s opinion, a few more scheduled shuttles to the mall would have been great for families with kids.

I had a lovely time enjoying the spacious room with a gorgeous balcony view and the impressive services from the housekeeping team, especially Mr Shehan. The hotel also boasts a lovely outdoor swimming pool and a relaxing spa that made my downtime super enjoyable.
